摘要：In the construction industry, the search for sustainable development is important in large part due to the high production of solid waste. Therefore, reverse logistics emerges as a tool to contribute to sustainable management. This paper represents a case study in the construction company OAS. SA for the treatment of solid waste arising from work Access roads to the port of Salvador. The research objectives are therefore to understand how the company makes the management of solid waste in the work Access roads to the port of Salvador, as well as check how reverse logistics is perceived by employees and is employed in the enterprise. The case study was developed from interviews, guided by a semi-structured, and direct observation. We applied the method of content analysis, in which comparative reading Quote of the study subjects was performed. The work showed that reverse logistics is already employed in the undertaking of OAS. SA and is recognized as important by managers. It was concluded that reverse logistics contributes to the sustainable management of the organization, enabling the reuse of solid waste and reducing impacts on the environment by the same around the work.
