  • 摘要:This work aims to identify, in literature, the variables used to represent the human capital within the system to innovate. It presents, as well as a paper that permeates many areas of knowledge from the perspective of understanding the possibility of human capital as an economic resource and therefore its measurement. The diversity of concepts that address the issue led to increased understanding of the phenomenon, because of the different theoretical perspectives, however, the different variables used as human capital, as well as their training and their relationships with different dependent variables, have led to contradictory results (Dewar; Dutton, 1986). Therefore, the interest in defining a construct with strong theoretical support can serve as a director for future research in this area. It is observed that at the end of the diversity of variables used converge to form a construct based on qualifications, character and outcome of this appeal. The development of this construct regarding the limitations of ontological issue, and allow the variables to be worked differently by each researcher.
