摘要:In this paper our aim is to reflect on the interrelation between translation, gender and postcolonialism, in particular on the translation engagement that some translators develop regarding the translation of literature by women from the so-called Third Word. Our example will be the work and experience of the critic, theoretician and translator Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak. At the same time, we will try to relate this translation ethics project with the feminist concept of affidamento.
