摘要：With the enlargement of the ways and contents of the communication on the new media, the marginalized groups from the hegemonic process glimpsed possibilities of position and spread of their process. A lot of popular manifestations – old or recent have restructured in order to adapt to the new languages. The digital world suggests a technical reproductive from the folkcomunication and, the scientific concern is to understand how the popular scenery is built from there. Handing the same initial concern as Beltrão, we tried to question: how the popular marginalized groups communicate in the Digital Area? Which configuration the popular manifestation get? Which source of language groups of people use to suit in the global? How the folkcomunication occurs? We observed that the manifestation one-moment update, the next on the traditional way are located in several media with specifics languages in the popular constitution.
