摘要:Communication is something important within a group or organization, since it is used to control, motivation, emotional expression and information, both internal processes through the integration of employees, such as the improvement of the working environment. Thus, this research aimed to analyze the process of communication in secretarial positions and their implications on the internal environment of a company located in the city of Piracicaba-SP. To collect the data in the study, a semi-structured questionnaire was used in the study sample Before the results could be noted that the communication does not always happen in a clear and objective manner, due to locks and barriers present in the information transmission process which generates a degree of disatisfaction in employees committing interpersonal relationships and organizational productivity. Concluding that there is need to implement appropriate channels so that information veicule clear, transparent and facilitates the processes of development of work activities and interpersonal relationships form.
