摘要:The concept of justice has an important role in the formatting of social life since the beginning of humanity. The perception of organizational justice perception, which is the reflection of the concept of justice in work life, has a positive correlation with many variables which increase organizational productivity. In this study, which aims to determine the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and organizational identification, the data obtained from 246 respondents, who work in accommodation facilities in the provinces of Van and Bitlis, have been used. Positive correlation has been found between organizational identification and organizational justice along with its sub-dimensions of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice.
