摘要:Human resource is one of organization important elements, Managers have big responsibility to achieve organization desired objectives, Therefore they have to use their abilities effectively with employees, employees play important role in reflecting of company image, the affect of their emotions using and regulation in work place have important fact in their job satisfaction, this study to measure the impact of the emotional intelligence of mangers and employees on their job satisfaction. A questionnaire was designed to gathering data and it’s included ( ) questions. The sample of the study are (300) employees. After the data collected the proper statistical analysis was applied. The result showed that the emotional intelligence had big impact on the job satisfaction in organization. This study also, recommended a set of conclusions and recommendations that achieve the purpose of this study.
