标题：Programa marco interuniversitário para a equidade e a coesão social nas instituições de ensino superior: estudo de caso na Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina-Unisul
摘要：This study integrates the Project Programa Marco Interuniversitário para a Equidade e a Coesão Social nas Instituições de Ensino Superior (Interuniversity Landmark for Equity and Social Cohesion in the Institutions of Higher Education) sponsored by European Union (EU). It is formed the conception of the sense of universality from particularities (singularities) and, in this way, through the qualitative analysis of documents (annual reports) elaborated by Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina Unisul, we intend to exam the theoretical-practical assumptions of politics of equity and social cohesion in Higher Education designed in this Institution. The comprehension of the process developed here is also the result of historical context of Higher Education in Santa Catarina, which presents notations for the current reality. Preliminary results present Institutional investments through several types of scholarship that aimed to extend the access and permanence of disadvantage sections of society in the University.
