摘要：This article discusses high school in Brazil, its characteristics in Minas Gerais States since 2003 and the teaching work during this teaching stage as well. It also addresses aspects of the working conditions in the Rede Estadual de Ensino (state schools) of Minas Gerais. It’s based on bibliography about the subject, documental research and secondary data from a recent research. It concludes that high school teaching in Brazil has taken a new direction towards the expansion of college teaching as a business, and that the teaching task to get adapted to this policy is lead to an increasing precariousness. It proposes the continuity of studies on the subject.
