摘要：In this paper, we develop a new index system for the selection of training outsourcing. With the new system, we find key elements of the selection of training outsourcing through factor analysis are helpful to improve the accuracy of decisions of the contracting business, which make contracting businesses select the vendor companies to meet their requirements.
