摘要：Este estudo avaliou o acolhimento em um serviço de dependência química. Para tanto realizou-se um estudo de caso, com abordagem qualitativa, onde participaram dez usuários do programa que se encontravam internados em um serviço de Dependência Química. A técnica empregada para a coleta de dados foi o grupo focal. Os dados foram analisados a partir da Análise de Conteúdo. Ao analisar o acolhimento, nenhum sujeito mencionou sobre dificuldades de conseguir atendimento inicial. Contudo, a maioria pontuou que houve demora em conseguir internação no serviço. A facilidade pela marcação via telefone, a garantia da avaliação inicial ao chegar ao serviço, foram aspectos que garantiram acessibilidade. Em relação satisfação, a mesma foi relacionada às atividades terapêuticas, à equipe de profissionais, à convivência com os usuários do programa, à informação disponibilizada no tratamento. Diante dos resultados detectados, nota-se que o acolhimento está presente no serviço analisado e é vislumbrado principalmente através da satisfação dos usuários com o trabalho dos profissionais no que diz respeito à postura, escuta e compromisso destes nas atividades terapêuticas oferecidas. Abstract: Objective: This study evaluated the user embracement of the users of addiction service. To do so we performed a case study with a qualitative approach, where ten users of the program who were hospitalized in a service attended Addiction. The technique used for data collection was the focus group. Data were analyzed using the content analysis. When analyzing the user embracement, no subject mentioned about difficulties of getting initial care. Howeve, the majority pointed out that there was delay in getting admission in the service. The ease by dialing telephone, ensuring the initial evaluation to arrive at the service were aspects that ensured accessibility. Regarding satisfaction: it was related to therapeutic activities, the professional team, the living with the users of the program , the information provided in treatment. Given the results found, we note that the reception is on the analyzed service and is glimpsed mainly through user satisfaction with the work of professionals with regard to posture, listening and commitment in these therapeutic activities offered .
