摘要:This article aims at reflecting upon some repercussions of current management models in the production of both subjectivity and intersubjectivity of workers. This reflection is due to the fact that, in contemporaneity, one is an agent in a world in which factors such as objectivity, control, and stability have been redimensioned. This is a moment in which paradigms that used to guide society have been openly questioned and, consequently, there is a need of new forms of organizational management, and attention to the meanings of work as well as to the relationships established with and among workers. The appearance of the complex systemic thought has pointed out the need of meeting the emergences deriving from this context, which is characterized by interdependence, ambiguities, and uncertainties in relationships. In the organizations those emergences have implied new reflections upon the worker’s subjectivity, suggesting that more effective work relationships, even when temporary, can be useful and satisfactory to all those who are involved in this interaction network.
