摘要:The article is the result from reflections starting from the Integrated Training in Psychology in the Program of Answering the Socio educative Measures in Open Space in Santa Cruz of Sul-RS (PAMSEMA). Upon the insertion of PAMSEMA, we aimed to question the speeches and practices of the program, prioritizing the function of the advisor or guide of observed freedom. To this end, we have searched in the Child and Adolescent’s Statute what the law intended when enrolling this social actor. Finally, we problematize the hygienist and punitive logic of the orientations, as well as we discuss the reach of the socio educative measures’ in open space and the possibilities of the implementation of public policies for adolescents
