摘要：This study was developed in the end of the eighties, in the region of Mato Grosso. It aimed at the training of lay teachers - indians, setlers and "posseiros" - in the fields of History and Geography. We emphasize in this text the importance of the elaboration of a work methodology and the process of cultural transference.
