摘要:This paper presents partial results ofa longitudinal study on the emergenceof individual style, the research ofwhich makes up part of an IntegratedProject, financed by the CNPq, entitled"Subjectivity, Alterity and theConstruction of Style: the Relation shipbetween Genre Styles and Individual Style." The main objective ofthis paperis to discuss the role of reading in the emergence of a humoristic style in asubject (L.M.), whose texts, writtenboth at home and at school, areanalyzed. We assume a concept ofstyle defended by Possenti (1988; afterGranger, 1968), and a socio-historical conception of language (Franchi, 1987;Bakhtin, 1992 [1952-1953])
