Half-finished workpiece as a generalized optimization processes.

1. INTRODUCTION

To develop the process technology, particularly through the generation of models, the sequence of operations is determined according to the characteristics that define the outlines areas. Geometric exterior/interior parts of the description with the help of computer is a necessity. This will provide data and information relating to the areas used in various stages of technology generation process, and creating a model.

Solutions to design the technological process should ensure the accuracy for required areas.

Determination processes, structures and their order is done in relation to the technological possibilities of machine-tools, using constructive grouping areas according to the same processing operation. (Vlase, 1996)

[FIGURE 1 OMITTED]

Order processes are performed according to the type, shape and size of areas and the criteria of technological nature, after which construction areas will be grouped into geometric classes.

2. DEVELOPING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

For analyzing complex systems we introduced the notion of unit of work as a minimum and uniform structure. A working unit is a system of semi-reunion subsystems, equipments, and machine tools, which contribute to achieve the task (processing, control, assembly, washing, transport and handling of parts and tools) in a manufacturing system. In terms of information, constructive work units represent subsystems of the manufacturing and machine name that you have composed.

Figure 1, shows units which compete to a flexibile manufacturing cell composed of: two processing centers; handling systems and components-wheel transport; handling system tools; shipped span.

Figure 1 and Figure 2 for symbols processing systems will read as following: processing unit 1, 1Up, is composed of subsystems: the processing machine 1, 1Mp, which will produce workpieces 1, 1SFp mounted in the processing 1, 1Dp, type palette.

Unit handling transport, Umt will take over with blank range with arms 1SFm driven roller, for example, which is handling SMT tool unit, which will sit on its device Dmt.

Pieces manipulating mechanisms which build the machine will carry the semifabricate either to the rotation modification unit or to the developing one 2, 2Up.

[FIGURE 2 OMITTED]

Ensembled 1SFp+1Dp is workpieces 1SFm subsystem in units of parts handling performing transport Umt and handly rotation Umr. To work unit 2 (figure 2), 2Up, this set becomes workpieces 1SFp and subsystem device 1Dp.

Unit handling of gyration, Umr, are subsystems dick Smr, which may be a mechanisms driven roller or train rolls fixed a Dmr and mechanisms itself Mmr forming machine, in addition to the palette half-finished workpieces 1SFm, same as at 1Up, and 2Up Mmt. (Craciunoiu, 1998)

Figures 1, 2 and 3 by rectangles were the subsystems of units of work, and by semicircles items related to other subsystems.

3. UNIT WORK OF GENERALIZED

Figure 3 presents the measuring unit characterized by:

* workpiece is represented by the work of processing, which is measured parameters;

* tool is represented by the change before the analysis parameters;

* device is the element that isolate or directs the work environment in order to facilitate contact with dick;

* the machine is represented by the transmission and amplification of the signal received from the dick; In Figure 4 (Craciunoiu, 1998) is the unit of analysis in order to:

* workpiece is information is stored information;

* the machine is PC;

* tool is the program that runs so that the existing information to obtain new.

As stated above the resulting work unit represents the basic cell of complex systems that meet in the main:

* is a homogeneous subsystem of complex systems; (Baba, 2008)

* is a subdivision of it large enough to be considered for the subdivision of the degree of accuracy of modeling to be good --"the principle of uncertainty" and small enough for accuracy and relevance to the system are not mutually exclusive--"the principle incompatibility". (Voicu, 2008)

* leadership/adjust hierarchical decentralized system composed of units can be done through a centralized management system--"the principles of compatibility". (Bhattacharyya, 2009)

It may be a unit of generalized functions which contain all the working units.

Unit will be composed of workpiece generalized, generalized device, machine tool and dick generalized.

4. HALF-FINISHED WORKPIECE GENERALIZED

Half-finished workpiece generalized subsystem generalized unit, fulfills the role of the item on which action is exercising machine tool through generalized generalized generalized workpiece when it is eventually fixed and oriented in--general. For a piece that is processed into a technological system, generalized workpiece contain all intermediate and final surfaces, surfaces that may be, at the same time or successively: functional surfaces; surfaces to be processed, controlled, washed; surface orientation and/or fixing; surfaces of semi-handling (workpiece).

Shape and size as well as the surfaces correlated with their weight half-finished workpiece represents an important feature of the generalized behavior half-finished workpiece motion features that solves a significant number of handling systems.

5. CONCLUSIONS

The design of any manufacturing process is preceded by technological and constructive analysis of the design drawing, a program of manufacturing, a technical-material resources, the degree of qualification, etc.. Solutions to design the technological process should ensure the accuracy required areas.

Minimizing the number of surfaces contained in generalized half-finished workpiece is actually optimize the technological process.
