As the world gets more global all the time, the barricades of space and time are melting while postpositive thought of communication science is becoming very interdisciplinary. The conjuncture knowledge systems integrate new branches and directions with the individual and societal development rhythm. If the communication is the relationship between individual or the group of individuals and ever-changing environment, the possibility of new ideas and new empirical research is inexhaustible. In accelerating the creation of knowledge, its dissemination and usage (the waste as well), the role of the communication is--the insight of new and ever-changing societal relationship.

Preface/Pratarme.

Kacerauskas, Tomas

Communicatio, the transmitted message is inseparable from communitas, generality and interaction. Generality is possible only in a certain kind of community that develops the individuals in the environment of historical memory and creative goals. Interaction is the sharing of attitudes and ideas of this community. Though the individual creativity always goes beyond or even denies the tradition of the community, which, while transmitted to new communication channels, changes its shape and functions. That is why the other side of communication is misunderstanding and interference, escorting individual and public creativity. Communication, the transmitted message in public environment arises not only in context of individual and public interaction, which includes the interaction of different individuals, different communities, different nations and different generations. Communication also arises in the context of different scientific communities, global society and local community, the action of artists and scientists, scientific aspirations and goals of existential interactions.

This volume is dedicated to the development of communication and interdisciplinary interactions. We have chosen two interdisciplinary domains: "Communication development trends" and "Communication and interdisciplinarity".

In the first one V. Pruskus and E. Kocai discuss the appearance of entertainment that was connected with the worshipping of gods, but served for political reasons. D. Eidukiene examines the ideas of one of the liberalism thought pioneer initiators, B. Constant. J. Bareviciute analyzes the theoretical base of the Panopticum project and the utilitarian society communication principles. The domain is finished by E. Rimkus, who integrates emotional phenomena to M. Heidegger's philosophy and this allows a piece of art to become the communication space.

The second domain "Communication and interdisciplinarity" starts with K. Kirtiklis's question: should communication and information science be considered as social science? R. Reimeris examines the transformation of organizational identity, the assumptions and strategic management guidelines of Creative center identity. D. Stumbrys analyzes the presentation of drugs abuse problems in Lithuanian Internet media. The domain is finished by the article of K. S. Danaitis and A. Usovaite which examines the digital technology usage for logotypes creation possibilities and results.

The volume ends with translation of M. Heidegger's work Being and Time. It is connected with the theme of this volume in two ways: it is a comeback to one of the article's characters--M. Heidegger, and also, the publication had a huge influence on the field of communication research.

Konjunkturines ziniu sistemos i bendraji individo ir visuomenes raidos ritma integruoja vis naujas sakas bei kryptis.

D. Stumbrys gvildena narkotiniu medziagu vartojimo problemos pateikima Lietuvos interneto ziniasklaidoje. Skilti uzbaigia K. S. Danaicio ir A. Usovaites straipsnis, kuriame aptariamos kompiuteriniu technologiju ir kurybiniu logotipo ideju igyvendinimo galimybes bei rezultatai.

Numerio pabaigoje toliau skelbiamas M. Heideggerio veikalo Butis ir laikas vertimas. Su numerio tema tai siejasi dvejopai: griztama prie vieno straipsnio herojaus M. Heideggerio, be to, publikuojamas veikalas dare didele itaka formuojantis komunikacijos tyrimu laukui.
