摘要:This work has as objective to verify if the programs of corporative education offered by SENAC/SC for yours emploies make easier the fulfillment of their mission. It consists of a descriptive, exploration and applied case study, whose the boarding is qualitative and it uses techniques of observation direct intensive, presenting as way the field research, documentary inquiry and research of bibliography. In the end of the case study it was evidenced that inexist a work directed for the corporative education, it hasn’t much organization around the referring subjects to the development of people and inexist yet a strategical vision around the human potencial connected to the possible success of the organization. This situation, add up to the not-connect of the theme corporative education with the strategical planning of the institution, permit verify that the programs of corporative education don’t make easier the fulfillment of their mission, once that are not directed to the emploies.
