摘要:This report seeks to present some reflections about the phenomenon of the managerial learning. For so much, the author uses the phenomenological research to analyse the trajectory of manager who worked for 20 years in a public company, actuating in different managerial positions. The work focuses on the experience lived by this manager and on the meaning attributed by him to this experience. Therefore, this report didn´t try to identify forms to promote the managerial learning or to turn it more effective. The purpose is to revive the experience, helping the reader to enter the world of the researched phenomenon and stimulating him to reflect upon his own experience, based on the experiences lived by the interviewed.
