摘要:The main concern of this article is to demonstrate the emergente of a new concept in the Human Resources area: Internal Consultation, starting from the implementation of new manegement systems. Firstly, the reasons for changing and how the Human Resources Internai Consultation process occurs are presented. The process redefines the role of Human Resources and Managements according to this model.
