摘要:This article discusses an experience of management development designed as continuing education. The experience was carried out by a bank that went through a process of organizational change in the period between 1995 and 1999. This experience deserves to be highlighted because it is inserted in the context of the organizational change and, because it was based on supervised classes with previous long distance preparation.
