摘要:This article aims to analyse the strategic organizational adaptation of the BESC Financial System to the environment of economic stabilization originated with the Real Plan (1994-1997). It was oriented by the perspective of the adaptation cicle and the strategic types, both developed by MILES and SNOW. The paper still identifies the organization's main stakeholders and their influence on the organization's management procces, during the refered period.
