摘要:This article 's main concern is to study the impact of outsourcing on decentralization and on the emerging models of management. It presents at the beginning a contextual historical and conceptual perspective to account for the strategic view required bythe market globalization and the subsequent need for higher levels of competitiveness. Itends summing up the positive and restrictive features of the ensuing fiexibilization needed to redefine the organizational structure and to place its efforts essentially on its core business.
