摘要：The dominant role of conscientious objection in the current debate within pluralistic and democratic societies poses the question of the placement of this institution in the Mexican legal system framed in contemporary issues. This paper aims to present a critical assessment of the actual legal regulation of conscientious objection in the Mexican legal system. To this end, the argument put forward is twofold Legal and Politics from the analysis of the case NOM-046- SSA2-2005.
