摘要：The aim of this article is to emphasize the importance of reflecting upon the heritage left by the social movements of the 70's and 80's in Brazil, as a way of dealing with the problems social and political exclusion posed by the governmental neoliberal politics imposed in the last decade. The analysis is been worth, shortly, of the experience of the popular movements of Londrina.
