摘要：The National Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage is one of the main safeguarding measures in Colombia. But who or what does this List “represent” and what are the consequences of this “representativity”? This paper intends to answer this question under the hypothesis that the List has a power of impact that affects directly the cultural expressions, the stakeholders of these manifestations and the visions of Nation we have.
