摘要:This essay aims to analyze how the Brazilian federal government, through the Labor Law modifications that occurred in Brazil during the nineties, especially the modification of the contracting and use of labor power, directly contributed to the Brazilian advance on forms of flexible organization of work, through adaptations of a so called toyotist system. Through literature review on this subject and selecting the Brazilian case as an example, our objective is to contribute to a reflection about the role of national States in relation to the rising of private transnational oligopolies and their labor exploitation strategies on peripheral countries in the context of a globalized capitalistic economy.
