摘要：The revalorization of confidence as a main value in the juridical field corresponds to a lever in order to rethink the contemporary Brazilian Civil Law and its fundamental categories. The present essay belongs to a movement that implies, like a Copernican Revolution, in the stress of the tendency to focus on more in the person and less in the assets in the jural relations.
