摘要：Access to public information enables people to comment and participate with facts, that is to say, with knowledge and truth, contributing to public debate is essential guarantee of the democratic system. Under the right of access to information and the dissemination of judicial decisions is that the Supreme Court decides to create a Judicial Information Center (ICJ). For its part, the Federal Court of Appeals of Cordoba, through the Agreement 187/2007, establishing the Office of Press and Ceremonial, with shared objectives with the ICJ of the Supreme Court. With the creation of the ICJ, in the case of Córdoba by the Office of the Press, the media easier access to information and immediate judicial rulings and decisions of the judiciary throughout the country.
