In my review of Ian Rumbold and Peter Wright's facsimile edition of the St. Emmeram Codex (Notes 65, no. 4 [June 2009]: 852-854), I mentioned how easily notational errors may slip into an edition and how "devastating to the reader's comprehension" they may be. Unfortunately, my review furnishes another example of these problems. Between final proofs and the published version of the review, a rhythmic example was changed. The final quarter-note and eighth note of the last third example on p. 853 have been switched. The correct sentence, with the changed example underlined, should read:
