Two delegates from the American University Beirut paid a visit to AUW during January and February, 2011 as part of the ongoing agreement between the two institutions. The teams included Prof. Moueen Salameh, University Registrar. Dr. Salim Kanaan, Director of Admission and Financial Aid, Prof Wadah Naser, Associate Professor of Philosophy, Dr. Saouma Bou Jawdeh, Professor of Science Education, Department of Education and Science and Math Education Center, Dr. Ghazi Ghaith, Professor and Chairperson, Department of Education, Mr. Ziad Chaaban, IT Manager. Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Maya Zeidan and Ms. Nadine Mikati, Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Dr. Samar Moukalled, Department of Education. They conducted training workshops, curricula development, and in depth meetings with faculty members at AUW.
