On 25 February 2015 fourteen books published by the Brunei Flistory
Centre were launched by YB Pehin Hazair Abdullah, Minister of Culture,
Youth and Sport (PB Sa.28.2.2015:8**).
On 16 September 2015 (2 Zulhijah 1436) the Minister of Education
(YB Pehin bu Bakar Apong) presided at the Rizqun International Hotel in
Gadong for the publication of Sejarah Sultan-Sultan Brunei (PB
R.7.10.2015:2**).
Thirty-two titles were published by UNISSA on Monday 5 October
2015. HRH the Crown officiated at the ceremony in his capacity as
Pro-Chancellor of UNISSA. Twenty-one of the books were written in
Arabic, six in Malay and three in English. There were also two journals:
Jurnal UNISSA (issue No 3) and Jurnal Pusat Penataran Ilmu dan Bahasa
(issue No 2). The publications included two collections relating to the
Negara Zikir concept, namely Ensiklopedia Negara Zikir Jilid 1:
Pengenalan, produced by UNISSA academics, and Dasar dan Strategi
Pembangunan Negara Zikir, a compilation of ten research articles. The
English-language titles included The Studies in World Religious: An
Introduction to Monotheistic Traditions (Second Edition)', written
by Profesor Ahmaad F. Yousif ("Berkenan lancarkan 32 buah buku
baharu UNISSA'", PB R.7.10.2015:16-17**).
