摘要:Even getting heavy criticism and has not yet reached the status of method, since there are many who considers it an art, it is undeniable the contribution that qualitative research brought, in particular, in the context of the social sciences. Thus, this essay aims to present, by exploring the main recurring dilemmas of its application, the qualitative research in all its complexity. It is expected, with the promotion of this discussion, which can be recognized multiple voices and criticism responsible for promoting and driving an evolution of its methods and techniques, allowing for a constant and radical development of qualitative research as a tool of science, pure and applied.
