摘要:This paper aims to reflect about competence as a building concept; and the use of interactive approaches for its learning. Theoretical elements in Social Sciences, as in Business, are embraced through interactive methods of teach-learning. The article debates the movie "Not One Less" and the competence idea. It is noticed the distinct concept understanding and, nonetheless, the debate about it, as a context requirement. It concludes the possibility of use of the cinematographic metaphor as complementary strategy of teach-learning for awakening interest and proximity with the "apprentice", al-lowing establishing a concrete approach between the fiction and the reality.
