摘要：This work explored the informational routine of a lacking community, located in João Pessoa city. Firstly lifted up and analyzed which the regime of the community's information. Afterwards, the identification of channels and people responsible by the production and dissemination of information. This exploratory study accomplished in Santa Clara community. Data analysis revealed the absence of public information policies in the community. The results of this investigation present positive and negative points, serving as base for the construction of a map of public politics that allow the access to information for the community's residents.
