摘要：Organizations’ manager to make decision use the juridical documentation, and its access needs to be immediate. In that perspective, its treatment and organization are imminent. This work treats the indexing of normative acts originating from Superior Council of UFPB (CONSEPE, CONSUNI and Conselho Curador) with views to its readiness through a data base that will facilitate its recovery. The indexing and scanning processes are in course.
