摘要：Technological innovations and information have produced changes in the social structure at work in everyday life, culture, power relations and knowledge, requiring the company, the search for ways of integration and participation of this new reality, and Information Science in turn, attempting to solve the problems of access to information for the development of the citizen as the critical skills and intellectual curiosity. In this context, this paper discusses the digital hypertext hypertext in the process of retrieving information in digital files. Specifically, contextualizes the hypertext management processes in light of information science. More important than the keeping of information is your recovery. Thus, so there is a need for interoperability with the management, retrieval, access and use of information against this background, it is essential to build tools to meet this demand.
