摘要：This article discusses the role of social movements in the process of construction of broad and coherent demands. Based on the notions of public deliberation and subjectless communication, we seek to demonstrate the importance of collective actors as catalysts of interaction, capable of inserting subjects within discursive webs formed through the intersections of multiple interactional environments.
