摘要：In the present document an approach to the subject of the Space and Territory as an object of study and axis of action of the National University of Colombia, the displayed considerations are porduct of the continuous dialogue to the specialized interior of a managing group conformed by specialized professors in different areas from the academic knowledge that circulates in the University.
