摘要：The present study approaches the photograph document in the extent of its description in files and libraries. It has the aim to place the AACRS rules used through bibliographic description inside libraries and the rule ISAD (G), which is the group of rules used to obtain the record description. A scenery analysis of the rules is performed from each presentation modes: for the Librarian course, its card which concretes the description and makes available the item from the collection either online or manual, and for the archaeology that offer research tools for the users not only of the material but also the whole context of its collection. A general description is reflected over the file principles and librarian treatment theory, once it’s applied to a document which carries the particularities and it’s the target of debates about its availability for users and in its study in general.
