摘要：We report the occurrence of plumage pigment aberrations in 4 species of waterbirds in Baja CaliforniaSur: Egretta rufescens, Larus occidentalis, Podiceps nigricollis, Puffinus opisthomelas. These observations representthe first leucistic records for these species for Mexico. The documentation of such cases can help to understand theimpact of chromatic aberrations, and their variation between different groups of birds.
