标题：Mamíferos silvestres del Parque Ecoturístico Piedra Canteada y alrededores, Tlaxcala, México; con notas sobre algunos registros notables para el área
摘要：An inventory of the mammals inhabiting a coniferous forest and adjacent areas in Tlaxcala is presented, with8 noteworthy records for the area. Data were obtained from records of scientific collections, field work in the area andrecent literature. We recorded a total of 41 species belonging to 34 genera, 16 families and 8 orders, 13 of which areendemic to Mexico, 4 are protected under some category. The diversity of mammals in the study area is still under anegative ecological impact due to habitat transformation. Data from the study may be useful in the management plansof the park, but has to be supplemented with field research on distribution and abundance of species.
