摘要：This paper is the result of a project research about construction man-hour in building activities for houses built by means of structural masonry system. During six months many observations were carried out, getting enough information in order to be statisfically analyzed. As a result, a data base about construction activities man-hours took form, including several factors which affect them. With the obtained outcome, a comparison with the building firm man-hours cost was established.Likewise, as a research practical application, a software was developed, which calculates the construction man-hours for each one of the studied construction activities, by qualifying the influential factor (independent variables) in man-hours.
