摘要:The current competitive challenge requires the industrial organizations to define an operation strategy in order to adequately satisfy the client’s needs. In this sense, this article shows the results of a study carried out in 15 Colombian clothing companies, based in the use of expert methods and multi-criteria techniques, that enabled, on one hand, to define a set of objectives for the operation functions oriented towards the North American market, and on the other hand, to build an indicator to establish the position of a company against the demands of such market, in multure and complete package development business.
