摘要:The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior of employees from the perspective of the Strategic Performance Measurement System. An online survey was conducted using 105 employees of a credit cooperative as its sample. To test the hypotheses replicated from Burney, Henle e Widener (2009), structural equation modeling was used. The results show that only the relationship between the degree of system technical validity and distributive justice was not significant. Thus, it is concluded that the results are similar to Burney, Henle and Widener (2009), and it is proposed that, for future studies, the unconfirmed hypothesis should be explained.
