摘要:The Center for Communication and Popular Culture Olho da Rua is an organization that developed culture and popular/community communication projects from 2007 to 2013. Like the other products developed in this organization, the video documentary “Mais um...” raises questions and denounces prejudice and racial discrimination while it aims at (re)forming the subjectivity and the representations of black youth - a marginalized social group. Using the testimonies from several young people who experience the reality of prejudice and discrimination, the documentary is a political speech of resistance and denunciation used as a tool to give visibility to voices often silenced by the press and by the “framing” given by the contents scatt ered about this social minority. Likewise, this audiovisual product operates to rescue self-esteem and to struggle for a discourse that refute the standards of the media and the society. Keywords: community communication, documentary, black youth.
