摘要：El Derecho Comercial, tanto a nivel internacional como a nivel nacional, está llamado a sufrir cambios y transformaciones profundas con el desarrollo de la informática y la posibilidad de intercambio de mensajes a través de las redes electrónicas; esto ha llevado a la aparición de nuevas figuras, como son el comercio electrónico y el intercambio de datos electrónicos, lo que no ha sido ajeno al Derecho colombiano el cual ha venido desarrollando una serie de normas encaminadas a dar seguridad a las transacciones realizadas por medios electrónicos, mediante el diseño de las entidades de certificación. Commercial law at such international levels, like at a national level, is called upon to experience profound changes and transformations with the development of computer science and the interchange of messages through the internet. They have elevated the publication of new forms like electronic commerce and electronic data exchange such that it is no longer free from the law of Colombia. From this has developed a series of norms directed to give security in the transactions carried out through electronic systems, through the design of the entities of certification.
