摘要:In today’s rapidly changing global business environment Small and Medium Sized Enterprises are advised to reorganize their processes and structures to improve or at least to maintain their competitive situation in the market. In this context, electronic commerce (i.e. buying and selling of goods and services electronically) is a contemporary business methodology that increases the efficiency and effectiveness of trading relationships and enhances the competitiveness of a company. In this study, e-commerce applications in small and medium sized industrial enterprises is elucidated, and suggestions are made to increase the efficiency of e-commerce implementations.
