摘要：The productivity, lipids and sterols compound in yeast strain Saccharomyces carlsbergensis CNMN-Y-15 by the infl uenceof some acetic precursors have been analized. Is clear shown the pozitive effect of [Zn(CH3COO)2·4H2O] on yeastproductivity, especcially in concentration 30 mg/l.
