摘要：The oriented synthesis of dimethylglioximates with general formula [Co(DH) 2 (Thio) 2 ]X.nH 2 O , where DH 2 – dimethylglyoxime; Thio – thiocarbamide, X - [BF 4 ] - , [PF 6 ] - , 1/2[SiF 6 ] 2- , 1/2[ZrF 6 ] 2- was carried out. The structure and properties of named complexes were studied by modern methods (IR, UV-Vis, NMR 1 H and 19 F, X-ray diffraction study). The biological tests made on fungal strains of genre Aspergillus – producers of amylases showed the biostimulator effect of the same studied complexes on the enzimogenesis process relative to origin of strains. The enzymatic activity increased up to 41.6%. The biostimulating properties of dioximats with similar composition of complex cation depend on the nature of the anion
